You probably know coconut and its different variations: water, milk, oil... But did you know that it is also consumed in jam?
This sun-colored pot is the perfect incarnation. Prepared in the great Creole tradition, this marmalade is a happy mixture of fruit and cane sugar. An authentic recipe based on coconuts from Guadeloupe selected for their taste qualities.
This jam, which combines creaminess and sweetness, is a concentrate of happiness. It melts in the mouth and is deliciously fragrant. An ultimate treat to reap the sun and flavors of the islands.
You'll want to dip your spoon into it as soon as you receive it!
