– The company Aboubacar Bah (Trade Name Afro-Exotique) and the persons wishing to make a purchase of one or more of the products for sale on the website www.Afro-Exotique.com hereinafter individually referred to as "the customer".

It is hereby specified that these terms and conditions govern the sales, by Aboubacar Bah, of the items presented on the website www.Afro-Exotique.com.
These terms and conditions apply to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, exclusively to non-commercial individuals.

THE ORDER

The customer can order on the website: www.Afro-Exotique.com

All orders imply full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
Orders will only be processed after payment has been accepted.
Aboubacar Bah undertakes to fulfill all orders received.

DELIVERY

The products will be sent to the delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process, provided that this address is within the authorized delivery zones specified in the sales offer.
In the event of an error in the recipient's contact information, Aboubacar Bah cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the ordered product(s).

THE COSTS

Aboubacar Bah reserves the right to modify product prices at any time. However, products ordered will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered (subject to product availability).
Products remain the property of Aboubacar Bah until full payment is received.
Prices shown on product pages are in euros and include all taxes, excluding shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer.
For online orders, the total price shown in the order confirmation includes the price of the products, handling, packaging, and storage costs, as well as shipping and setup fees.

PAYMENT METHODS

Full payment is due at the time of order. Under no circumstances will payments be considered as deposits or down payments.
The customer may choose to pay for their order:

-By Credit Card

Aboubacar Bah retains ownership of the item until full payment of the price by the customer.

GUARANTEES AND RETURNS

The "Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back" policy:
If the customer is not satisfied, they have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the item to return it and obtain a refund (in accordance with Article L 121-16 of the French Consumer Code).
The item must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging, to the address provided after a request has been made via the contact form or by email: [email protected]
Items returned incomplete, damaged, used, soiled, or without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Fresh and frozen food items cannot be returned.
The returned item will be refunded to the customer within a maximum of 15 days of its receipt by Afro-Exotique.com.
The refund will be issued by bank check made payable to the customer who placed the order and sent to the billing address, or via PayPal.
The customer will not be able to claim the "Money Back Guarantee" in the following cases:
– the supply of goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized,
– the supply of goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,

In the event of product returns, return and shipping costs will only be refunded if the error is on the part of Aboubacar Bah.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

The customer's information and data are necessary for processing their order. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the customer has the right to access and rectify their personal data. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent French courts, notwithstanding multiple defendants and/or third-party claims, even for emergency or interim proceedings, whether by summary application or motion.
