DESCRIPTION: Fermented cassava couscous. It is an excellent alternative to rice or pasta. Its slightly tangy taste makes it an original accompaniment to accompany your dishes with sauces, vegetables, meat or fish.
USE: Pour 500 g of dry Attiéké into a container, add a cup (400 ml) of lukewarm water and stir gently until completely absorbed. Cover and let rest for 5 to 8 minutes. The attiéké regains its initial volume. Optionally add a knob of butter and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring with a fork to separate the grains.
