Massaman Curry paste
preparation tips for 2 to 3 people
1: heat 50g of curry paste with 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil (on a low heat for 1 min)
2: pour 600ml of coconut extract, stirring over medium heat for 1 min
3: add 250g of your favorite meat and mix until cooked.
4: add 4 teaspoons of palm sugar, 6 teaspoons of tamarind paste, fish sauce or season according to your taste. add onions, diced potatoes and roasted peanuts.
5: serve hot with Thai rice.
