Massaman Curry Paste
Preparation instructions for 2 to 3 people
1: Heat 50g of curry paste with 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil (over low heat for 1 minute)
2: Pour in 600ml of coconut extract, stirring over medium heat for 1 minute
3: Add 250g of your favorite meat and mix until cooked.
4: Add 4 teaspoons of palm sugar, 6 teaspoons of tamarind paste, fish sauce, or season to taste. Add onions, diced potatoes, and roasted peanuts.
5: Serve hot with Thai rice.
